The Organization’s members and volunteers do their utmost to achieve the Organization’s goals, which aim to fill an existing void and need which have to date not been sufficiently addressed. The number of soldiers who have approached us testifies to this.
It is important to note that the Organization, despite its close collaboration with the army and the Ministry of Defense, operates independently and does not receive government funding. Its activities are primarily funded by donations received from the public at large and its volunteers.
A Warm Home for Every Soldier is not affiliated – in the legal sense of the word – with the above-cited organizations and it is not liable for their acts or omissions.
Accordingly, the Organization, its members, or its volunteers, including the families and the soldiers, do not bear any sort of responsibility for any claim that may arise as a result of the Organization’s activities.
The Organization and its members will nonetheless be attentive to any problem that may arise in relation to its activities and will do the utmost to find an appropriate solution to any such problem.
