Volunteering and Donations
We gladly embrace any volunteer initiative that can help lone soldiers.
Donations are greatly appreciated (accepted either by credit card, check, or direct deposit in the Organization’s bank account). The money from your donations is designated for setting up a special fund for lone soldiers who are experiencing financial difficulties due to their military service. This fund will extend stipends and interest free loans to lone soldiers, under the supervision of a Certified Public Accountant.
In urgent cases, the money will also be used to purchase basic supplies for the soldiers.
Due to the long wait for an apartment from the army, we began to rent a few apartments which are very well equipped and well taken care of for those who can not or do not wish to be ‘adopted’. We need donations to extend this project as well.
